What Poly Buddy is

Poly Buddy shows information about public Polymarket trading activity ("signals"). It is signals only. We don't execute trades, hold funds, or give investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Prediction markets can lose you money. Only risk what you can afford to lose.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and you're responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including any restrictions on prediction markets.

Pro subscriptions

• Pro is $9.99/month (or the local price shown in the store), billed by Apple, and renews automatically until you cancel in your App Store account settings.
• A creator code gives first-time subscribers 7 days free. If you don't cancel before the free week ends, you're charged the regular price.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• If Pro ends, your first 3 followed traders stay active and the rest are paused until you resubscribe.

Data accuracy

Signals and statistics come from public data and our own calculations. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. The service is provided "as is".

Creator program

• Creators are invited by us and get a unique code.
• Commission: 30% of the net proceeds we receive (after store fees and taxes) from each subscriber who used your code, for as long as they stay subscribed. The free week earns nothing.
• Timing: commission on a payment made in a given month becomes payable on the 15th of the second month after it, once Apple has paid us. Refunded payments are deducted.
• Payouts: sent through Stripe to creators in the United States who have completed Stripe onboarding. Each payout has a fee of $2.25 plus 0.25% of your payable balance, deducted from the balance so the rest is what we send. Balances under $25 roll over to the next month.
• Conduct: no guaranteed-return claims, no "this app makes you money" messaging, no misleading performance claims, and disclose that you earn a commission. We may end the program or a creator's participation at any time. Earned, payable commission is still paid.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
